Woman ‘randomly’ killed in broad daylight at San Francisco pier

A 32-year-old woman was shot to death, in an apparent random act, at a San Francisco tourist site on Wednesday.Kathryn Steinle was walking with her father and a family friend along the popular pedestrian Pier 14, when someone shot at her from behind, the Mercury News reported.
