A person of interest has been taken into custody after a 4-year-old girl was shot and killed in an apparent road rage attack in Albuquerque, New Mexico Tuesday afternoon, Albuquerque police spokesman Tanner Tixier told reporters.
A 44-year-old Florida man was shot and killed in front of his family in a deadly road rage altercation on the night of July 23, and the entire thing was captured by a 911 dispatcher.
