Weinstein will enter plea of not guilty: defense lawyer

After Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein is charged with rape and sex crimes involving two women, his lawyer Benjamin Braffman tells the press outside the federal courthouse in New York that Mr. Weinstein will plead not guilty and that the charges against him are "constitutionally flawed." SOUNDBITE
