Britain readies last annual budget before Brexit

British Finance Minister Philip Hammond shows the 'red box' on his way from Downing Street to the House of Commons to present the UK's final budget before Brexit. The British government will unveil its final budget before leaving the European Union and is widely expected to loosen the purse strings but it has also warned that a chaotic "no deal" Brexit could force it to change tack.
