The TASS news agency cited Moscow's Basmanny District Court court as saying that two of the suspects had been charged with participating in a terrorist attack. Darya Trepova, a 26-year-old accused of killing a military blogger and supporter of Moscow's Ukraine offensive, appears in court for her case's first hearing. Russian investigators say Ukraine orchestrated the attack on Vladlen Tatarsky, which took place at a cafe in Saint Petersburg in April. Trepova is alleged to have gifted Tatarsky a statuette, which exploded minutes later, killing the blogger and wounding more than 30 others. Ukraine has denied involvement and blamed domestic infighting for the killing. IMAGES
Kenyan police say a serial killer suspect who escaped from a Nairobi police station may have been "aided by insiders". A manhunt has been launched to rearrest the escapees, including the serial killer suspect Collins Jumaisi, Acting Inspector General of Kenya's Police, Gilbert Masengeli said from outside from outside the police station in the Kenyan capital's Gigiri district where the escape occured earlier on Tuesday.
