EuroAirport : un chantier d'exception chez Jet Aviation

Spécialiste de la construction bois, l'entreprise Mathis (basée à Muttersholtz près de Sélestat) réalise actuellement la pose de l'ossature en bois lamellé-collé du nouveau hangar de Jet Aviation, à l'EuroAirport.Entreprise suisse spécialisée dans la maintenance des avions, cette dernière souhaite développer son activité gros porteurs, et aménage un hangar de 9000m² pour y accueillir notamment des Boeing 747.Le chantier est exceptionnel en particulier par ses dimensions (120m de profondeur, 88 de largeur et 25 de hauteur, avec des arches pesant entre 90 et 140 tonnes). Pour Mathis également, la portée obtenue par cette ossature est inédite. Le hangar sera livré à l'automne 2018.
