Depuis le vendredi 13 décembre, le rez-de-chaussée d'Angélique Renck a subi une inondation depuis le dalot qui passe chez elle, rue de l'Etoile, à Bar-le-Duc. Ses voisins les plus proches en subissent les conséquences. L'eau est refoulée grâce à une pompe provisoirement installée par les sapeurs-pompiers. Témoignage.
