Dublin's first St Patrick's Day parade since 2019 gets underway, after the 2020 and 2021 editions were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Hundreds of thousands of Irish and international visitors have flocked to Ireland to take part in the traditional celebrations. IMAGES
Joggers leave the Saint-Martin canal in Paris as all individual sporting activities are banned from 10 a.m to 7 p.m to keep people from bending anti-coronavirus lockdown measures.
