AU announces an agreement for a 'cessation of hostilities' in Ethiopian conflict

Former Nigerian president and special African Union broker Olusegun Obasanjo announces the success of the Tigray peace talks in Pretoria, confirming that both parties have agreed "to the cessation of hostilities as well as the systematic, orderly, smooth and coordinated disarmament" in Ethiopia.
