We're delighted to have partnered with our friends at Staub cookware to perform a series of complimentary cooking classes in The Gourmet Cookshop at Harrods. On Saturday 1st, 8th and 22nd September 2012, our chefs will be teaching delicious dishes designed for Staub's range of cast-iron cocottes. Recipes include sea bass en cocotte with a julienne of vegetables and a sauté of Landes chicken with mushrooms, tarragon and crème fraiche.
