The global distribution of Covid-19 vaccines has been 'terribly unfair' with regards to Africa, says World Health Organization director general Tedros Ghebreyesus, adding he is 'disappointed by the injustice' in addressing a virtual annual meeting of health ministers on the continent. SOUNDBITE
