La crise sanitaire liée à la pandémie de COVID-19 a soulevé des multiples questions sociétales sur le plan sanitaire, scientifique, économique, social ou politique, qui exigent des réponses coopératives complexes. Le projet Euskampus Résilience Covid 19 mené par les Universités de Bordeaux et du Pays Basque à San Sébastien cherche à analyser et préparer nos sociétés aux nouveaux défis qu'imposent ce type d’événement.
