Israel's permanent representative to the UN, Gilad Erdan, calls the ICC prosecutor's bid seeking arrest warrants against Israeli leaders "an act of outrageous absurdity and moral bankruptcy," as he addresses a UN Security Council meeting on the war in Gaza.
