Images of the damage after storms lash France's Corsica

Uprooted trees, destroyed cabins, and fallen branches on the ground. In one of Calvi's holiday accommodation places, the storms lashing the French island of Corsica left a trail of destruction. Five people, including a 13-year-old girl, died as winds gusted up to 224 kilometres per hour (140 miles per hour), according to authorities. IMAGES
