Two activists from Just Stop Oil, a movement campaigning against fossil fuels, have glued themselves to the frame of a Vincent Van Gogh painting at the Courtauld Gallery in London, calling for the government to end new fossil fuel projects, and for art institutions to join them in civil resistance.
