Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth, receives General Sir Nicholas Carter at Windsor Castle and accepts his resignation as Chief of the Defence Staff. This is the first in person hosting Her Majesty has undertaken following recent health scares which left her unable to attend the Armistice day remembrance service. IMAGES
