Mexico's President-elect Claudia Sheinbaum receives the certificate of her victory in the June 2 presidential election. William Ruto receives the certificate of his victory from the hands of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chairman Wafula Chebukati, as Ruto was declared President-elect of Kenya despite several commissioners rejecting the results.
