Kenyan police say a serial killer suspect who escaped from a Nairobi police station may have been "aided by insiders". A manhunt has been launched to rearrest the escapees, including the serial killer suspect Collins Jumaisi, Acting Inspector General of Kenya's Police, Gilbert Masengeli said from outside from outside the police station in the Kenyan capital's Gigiri district where the escape occured earlier on Tuesday.
