Procès Heaulme: la justice au banc des accusés

Au huitième jour du procès du double meurtre de Montigny-lès-Metz, il a (enfin) été question de Francis Heaulme. Un témoin, qui se trouvait à proximité du talus de la rue Vénizelos ce 28 septembre 1986 et avait 9 ans à l'époque, se souvient avoir vu le serial-killer, juste après qu'il ait croisé trois enfants jouant dans le quartier. Il est tellement impressionné qu'il a dormi la nuit suivante avec un couteau sous son oreiller. "Oui, c'est mon sentiment. C'était bien Francis Heaulme", a-t-il redit à la barre. Avec l'audition des deux magistrats, le procureur Guitton et le juge Monfort, qui ont estimé au milieu des années 2000 qu'il n'existait pas de charges suffisantes contre Francis Heaulme, c'est encore une fois la justice, ses lenteurs et ses erreurs, qui ont été passées sur le grill, pendant plusieurs heures.
