À partir du lait de la traite, les étudiants jurassiens de l’Enil (école nationale d’industrie laitière) se prêtent au jeu de la transformation en direct. De la fabrication jusqu’au contrôle de la qualité du produit, grâce à des appareils d’analyse, ils réalisent toutes les étapes comme s’ils évoluaient en entreprise agroalimentaire. Beurre, babeurre, crème, fromage blanc battu, faisselle sont le fruit de leurs démonstrations sur le stand « France terre de lait » (hall 1).

The 60th Agricultural Show opens to the public in Paris with nearly an hour and a half delay due to the incursion of farmers protesting against French President Emmanuel Macron.
