US negotiating evacuation 'timetable' with Taliban: W.House

The US is negotiating a timetable with the Taliban for the safe passage of thousands of American citizens and Afghans seeking to reach Kabul airport with a view to leaving Afghanistan, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan says at a White House press briefing. He says the Biden administration believes they will be allowed safe passage through August 31, but that it is negotiating the exact timeline. SOUNDBITE
