Ce 3 février 2016, Renault présente deux show cars au caractère bien trempé au Salon de l’Auto de New Delhi 2016 : KWID CLIMBER et KWID RACER construits sur la base de la petite Renault Kwid lancée en septembre 2015 en Inde. La première, peinte d'un Orange Flamme affiche une garde-au-sol augmentée. La seconde met en avant ses grandes roues de 18 pouces, ses sièges baquets et son arceau de sécurité.
